Casa Loma's Residence

The Residence at Casa Loma is a 5.6-acre, $25M residential project in California featuring 122 multi-family units designed with Spanish-Moresque architecture, tile roofs, arches, and landscaped courtyards. 

SEADs provided a comprehensive cost estimate and bid support for our client, covering all CSI divisions MEP, structural, site development, landscaping, and finishes. Our accurate breakdown and verification enabled the client to submit a competitive bid with confidence.

Beaufort-Waddell Mariculture Maturation Ponds Maintenance

The Beaufort-Waddell Mariculture Maturation Ponds Project in Bluffton, South Carolina, focused on maintaining and upgrading Type S and Type M concrete pond systems vital for aquaculture research and production. 

SEADs provided detailed cost estimation services, including concrete quantity takeoffs, cost breakdowns, and verification of labor and material pricing. Our customized estimation documents helped the client allocate resources effectively and prepare a competitive bid. The total estimated value exceeded $32,500, with Type S Pond at $16,000+ and Type M Pond at $16,500+.

Central Park Apartments

The Central Park Apartments Project in Glendora, California, features 19 modern residential units across three multi-family buildings with supporting site development. SEADs provided a complete cost estimation and bid support package, including detailed quantity takeoffs, cost breakdowns per building, and verification of construction costs. 

Our estimation gave the client clear financial visibility and a competitive edge in bidding. The total estimated value was $9.46M, with Building A at $3.44M, Building B at $2.68M, Building C at $3.18M, and site work at $147K.
