Welcome to Superior Estimates Architectural Designs (SEADS). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our cost estimation services. By engaging with us, you agree to the following terms:

Here is Superior Estimates Architectural Designs (SEADS). These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of our services for cost estimation. By getting in touch with us, you accept the following terms:

  1. Service Agreement
  • SEADS offers professional cost estimating, takeoff, and design services for commercial, industrial, and institutional jobs.
  • Turnaround periods vary from 2 to 4 business days for complexities and scope of the project. An anticipated delivery date will be advised after quote approval and the payments.
  • Scope changes once a project has commenced may lead to revisions in delivery dates and or extra charges.
  1. Payment Terms
  • Estimates need to be made in full before the commencement of any work. Upon reviewing your plans a formal quote and an invoice will be given.
  • Payments are received from secure channels such as QuickBooks Online Payments, PayPal, and major credit/debit cards.
  • None of the work will start without a confirmed payment.
  1. Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • When the project is initiated and if the client wishes to scrap off the project then 50% refund will be made.
  • From this point on, there will be no refunds because resources are allocated straight away and work tends to start right away.
  • There may be additional expenses if project plans are amended during the process of working on its plans, and they depend on the scope of amendments.
  1. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
  • Confidentiality is used when handling all the client’s plans, project details, and company information.
  • SEADS will never share, reuse or even resell any of your estimate or project details with the third parties.
  • SEADS will be willing to sign a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if necessary.
  1. Estimate Accuracy
  • Estimates that we produce are usually accurate up to 97% on the basis of full documentation.
  • Estimates are developed with real time data including the regional material and labor cost and it reflects current industry standards. However, considering the fluctuations of the market prices, estimates are only for guidance and not as a fixed price.
  1. Incomplete or Preliminary Drawings
  • We can use schematic, conceptual, or partly worked out draft and mark all the assumptions and exclusions unmistakably.
  • Tentative estimates are good enough for budgeting and early-stage planning – not last bids.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All deliverables furnished by SEADS shall only be used by the client on the invoice.
  • Estimates, designs and take offs are Intellectual properties of SEADS until such a time payment is made in full and the client only obtains usage rights for his or her particular project.
  • Copying, reselling or usage on other than one project is not allowed without a written permission.
  1. Software & Tools
  • We apply industry-standard estimating and takeoffs platforms such as: Bluebeam, PlanSwift, and CostX — for the sake of precision, clarity, and compatibility of our solutions with your workflows.
  1. Revisions Policy
  • Slight revisions with quantifiable errors or clarifications are free of charge if requests are received in 5 business days since delivery.
  • Major changes (based on plan changes, scope addition, etc) might need to a new quote or revision fee.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • SEADS will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect losses, missed bids, and consequential damages caused by estimate provided by SEADS.
  • Clients are expected to go through all the estimates prior to submission and ensure that the final pricing reflects on actual quotes by vendors and subcontractors.
